Postage will be made on Mondays only.
All confirmed orders received before 2:00pm AEST on Friday will be posted on the next business day.
Any orders received after 2:00pm AEST on Friday will be posted the following Monday ( order received on a Saturday will be posted approx 9 days later ).
This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
Do you provide International delivery ?
Yes , International postage can be arranged to most countries.

I have received an incorrect or faulty item in my order ?
It’s really important to us that your order is correct and is received in the best condition. Please contact our Customer Service Team ( ) as soon as possible, we would like to resolve any issue that you may have, with the minimum of fuss.
In order to quickly identify your order , it would be helpful if you could also provide the following information;
The order number e.g. RSWXXXXXXX
The item you should have received
e.g. Shirt Name (and item code)
The item you have incorrectly received
e.g. Bells Beach (and item code)
Information about why the item is faulty
e.g. Retro Logo T-Shirt ( and item code )
A description of the fault.
Sorry. but simply returning an item because you ordered the wrong size is not a valid reason and you will need to re-order the item at your own expense.
